Therapists Needed

Heart of Gold Home Health is in need of per diem Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and MSW Counselors.

Currently, we are looking for therapists to provide service to our patients in their homes on a PRN basis. As we grow, we hope to promote per diem employees to full-time with full benefits. Our office is in East Stroudsburg, PA and we operate in Monroe, Pike, Wayne, and Northampton counties.

Heart of Gold Home Health was born from Heart of Gold Home Care, a non-medical home care agency in operation since 2012. We have over 90 employees and treat each one of them with the respect they deserve. We are a locally-owned independent business built upon two pillars – communication and respect.

Therapists wanted

Qualifications

Therapists should be currently licensed and registered in the state of Pennsylvania, A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a licensed therapist.
Criminal check & Current CPR certification.
2 years of home health nursing experience
Home Health and/or hospice experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Therapists will provide professional services within the scope of practice standards in collaboration with primary care physicians and other members of the health care team.
Maintain professional licensure and actively seek out educational experiences to enhance the practice of home-based therapy for her/him and the benefit of the patients serviced.
Teach and educate patients and their families
Complete initial intakes and necessary assessments
Participate in the Performance Improvement Committee process as requested
Participate in the planning, operation, and evaluation of the therapy services of the organization

Home Health Aides (HHA) needed

We are looking for compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

We are in need of part-time HHAs in Monroe county, Northampton county, and throughout northeast PA. We expect part-time positions to quickly develop into full-time positions with full benefits.

Your Responsibilities

Current HHA certificate
Proven working experience as Home Health Aide
Caring and compassionate personality
Current CPR certificate
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Smartphone

Personal Care Aide
